If you contact us via a form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing your request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this data without your consent.

Information obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

Your contact details (name, organisation, address, phone numbers, email address) are processed until revoked. This data is only passed on for the purpose of postal delivery.

We process your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing and invitations to events on the legal basis of legitimate interest (marketing and information measures, in particular regarding the products and services offered by Sparer & Neulinger Consulting & Systems GmbH) pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

In the context of paid services that you use via our website, additional data relating to the service and the payment data you enter in the corresponding form are processed. This data is deleted after the statutory objection or reclaim periods have expired, following performance of the service and payment.

In the context of job applications, the data you submit as part of your application is processed to handle the application. The submitted data is deleted six months after the position has been filled, unless the applicant expressly requests a longer retention period or statutory provisions require longer retention. Application data is never passed on to third parties without your express consent.

In the context of business relationships, personal data of business partners is processed for the purpose of straightforward project handling on the legal basis of legitimate interest. The data is deleted after the statutory retention periods, warranty periods and statutory objection or reclaim periods have expired, following performance of the service and payment. For collaborations within funded projects, special storage and data transfer obligations apply in accordance with the funding guidelines.

Your rights as a data subject

Under the GDPR, subject to the exceptions provided in the respective provisions, data subjects have the following rights:
